I don’t know about you, but I can tear into some chicken tenders! Lol. I looooovvvveeee changing them up to give them a different taste so today I’m giving you my all time favorite GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN TENDERS!
1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders (You can use chicken breast
1/2 cup flour
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp melted butter
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp dried Basil
1/4 tsp Paprika
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Set out three bowls.
Add flour and pinch of salt and pepper in one bowl and stir.
Add butter and minced garlic and stir in second bowl.
Add Paprika, Panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and basil in the third bowl.
Place tenders in flour mixture, then transfer to butter mixture, then transfer to Panko mixture.
Bake for about 15 minutes and flip for another 6 minutes or until fully cooked.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
