You get the most amount of support with 1:1 coaching. In fact, it's the most support you get!
With the workout guides, it's self paced. Which means you don't get support from me.

Everything is customized to you! Want home workouts? I got you. Want gym workouts? I got you. Want to workout for 3 days a week? I got you. I will customize the amount of workouts that fit your lifestyle.

DO YOU TRAIN PREGNANT WOMEN?
Yes! I'm Pre & Postnatal certified through PROnatal Fitness. I also train women who have had a baby. We focus on healing the core, getting stronger, and pelvic floor (you don't want to pee yourself!)
