Online and personal trainers both have their perks. If you’re able to afford both, I would recommend doing that because you get the best of both worlds.
Here are the major differences between the two below:
You can see that it’s all dependent on what you’re needing. If you want someone physically there with you then hiring a personal trainer is the way to go.
If you’re needing someone you can text every day for extra accountability with your workouts and nutrition, then having an online coach is the way to go.
The biggest difference between the two is having the accountability with your trainer. It’s all dependent on what you’re needing. If you need accountability, online trainer would be the way to go because you have access to them 5-7 days week.
If you’re able to have an online trainer and a personal trainer for 1-4 sessions a month, that would be beneficial for you.
So if you’re wanting/struggling with accountability to show up for yourself or if you’re tired of doing it by yourself, apply to 1:1 coaching spots before they’re booked up!
